We are a boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm started in 2018 with a singular focus on servicing the Outdoor Hospitality industry. I have over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage work and started the company to fill a need for a more professional approach to the business of helping owners and investors buy and sell these unique businesses. We have grown to a team of 6 serving the entire country with each broker having a unique territorial focus. By focusing specifically on outdoor hospitality and being part of an international brokerage network we offer unparalleled industry knowledge with an international platform to support us.

What inspired you to work in outdoor hospitality?
Our passion for the outdoors and real estate naturally led us to specialize in this sector. As a team based in Colorado, we have a deep appreciation for the outdoor lifestyle and saw an opportunity to bring a more data-driven and strategic approach to transactions in this space. Additionally, the outdoor hospitality industry has undergone significant transformation in recent years, attracting new types of investors and operators. We recognized the need for expert guidance to help owners and investors adapt to this evolving market, and that’s exactly what we provide.

Projects and Achievements

What’s a standout project your team has worked on?
We have marketed a number of standout projects in recent years. A few examples are: A two property portfolio comprising of a property in Durango CO and one in Amarillo TX with a combined purchase price of $24 Million. The portfolio offered operational upside and an opportunity to expand at the TX location. A second example we currently have under contract is an existing RV Park with a fully engineered 150 space RV Park expansion and an 800 space entitled Manufactured Housing community development all on 230 acres.

Looking Ahead

What exciting projects are on the horizon?
We’re seeing momentum in the outdoor hospitality space coming back after a big slowdown in late 2023 and 2024. There is renewed interest in both traditional RV parks and now alternative hospitality offerings like glamping resorts and eco-conscious developments. We are seeing the potential for more portfolios of multiple properties coming to market as well as more sales of Glamping Retreats as that sector has grown and matured some. There are numerous very exciting and unique Glamping concepts out there and we look forward to seeing more new concepts.
